When can I come to ColoServe’s data center to access my equipment?

There is always someone present at the data center 24 hours a day. You may come in at any time to access your colocated equipment as long as you are on the colocation access list, which you can manage from you customer portal at my.servepath.com. You will need to have a picture ID in-hand for our building security.

What kind of Support do you provide and when is Support available?

ColoServe provides 24/7 support through our case tracking system at my.coloserve.com, online chat and via telephone. We also provide free remote reboot of any collocated server through our customer portal at my.coloserve.com. Remote hands are free for up to ten minutes per incident. ColoServe also offers extensive Professional Services starting at $75 per half-hour with a 1 hour minimum. Please contact proservices@servepath.com to obtain a quote.

How can I get additional power to my ColoServe cabinet?

Additional power can be obtained for your ColoServe cabinet or rack at any time. Please contact your Sales Representative to obtain a quote.

How can I get a POTS (Plain Old Telephone System) drop to my ColoServe cabinet?

ColoServe will install a POTS drop to your cabinet by request for an additional fee. Please contact your Sales Representative to obtain a quote.

How can I get additional IP addresses routed to my ColoServe rack or cabinet?

You can request additional IP addresses for your ColoServe servers through our customer portal at my.coloserve.com. ColoServe requires that an IP justification form be completed before IP’s are provisioned. Additional IP’s are charged one dollar per IP per month.

Can I get a cross-connect to my dedicated ServePath server?

ColoServe can supply a cross-connect to a ServePath dedicated network at any time. Please contact your Sales Representative to obtain a quote.

What is the default bandwidth and how can I get more?

ColoServe offers a default 100Mbps drop in all cabinets and racks. To purchase additional bandwidth, please contact your Sales Representative to obtain a quote.

What is the default transfer allotment and how can I get more?

The default transfer for all ColoServe racks and cabinets is 300 GB per month. To purchase additional transfer, please contact your Sales Representative to obtain a quote.

Do you provide tools for me to install my servers?

ColoServe provides a variety of tools to help customers install their servers. Rack shelves can also be purchased for $99.

What other cabling and connectors do you provide?

ColoServe provides customers with a network drop only. Any additional cabling, connectors, adapters, etc. must be supplied by the customer.
